Live Aquarium Stem Plants (Lead Bunch - 4 Pack / Eleocharis Vivipara)

Eleocharis vivipara, also known as Viviparous Hair Grass, is a fast-growing background grass-like plant that adds dynamic height and texture-freshwater aquariums. With long, fine bright green blades that gently sway in current, it creates a natural, breezy backdrop in planted aquascapes. It’s perfect for large tanks, rimless layouts, or nature-style designs that mimic meadows or grassy riverbanks. This species thrives in medium light and benefits from CO₂ and nutrient-rich substrates-achieve its full height potential and strong root base. Eleocharis vivipara propagates via runners and may occasionally form plantlets at the tips of older leaves, which can be clipped and replanted. Its fast growth rate allows aquascapers-fill backgrounds quickly and maintain a lush, waving curtain of greenery. The 4 Pack includes lead bunches. Upon arrival, remove the lead weights and rinse off any gel or packing material. Using aquascaping tweezers, plant each bunch into the substrate, spacing evenly for optimal coverage. This plant is shrimp-safe, beginner-friendly, and a great option for establishing vertical movement in your layout.
